This return & refund policy applies to all orders placed on getdelano.com, fulfilled by CJdropshipping for UK customers.
 
1. Return Window
 
Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of item delivery to submit a return request, following UK Consumer Rights Act rules.
 
2. Eligible Return Conditions
 
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging and tags intact
- Damaged/defective items received in transit qualify for free return support
- Custom-made/personalized items are non-returnable unless factory defective
 
3. Return Shipping Cost
 
- Seller fault (wrong item, factory defect, transit damage): We cover return shipping cost via CJdropshipping
- Customer fault (size mismatch, changed mind): Customer bears return shipping charges
 
4. Refund Process
 
1. Submit return request via store email within 14 days
2. Our team reviews request within 2 working days
3. After CJ warehouse receives & inspects returned item, refund will be processed to original payment method within 3–7 working days
4. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for customer-initiated returns
 
5. Non-Refundable Cases
 
- Items damaged by customer misuse
- Return requests submitted after 14-day window
- Clearance sale items (marked non-returnable on product page)
